These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Wedding Vendor Hub’s services. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide digital marketing services for wedding vendors, including ad campaigns, content creation, and reporting, as described in your selected plan.
2. Subscriptions & Payments
All plans are billed monthly in AUD.
Payment is required upfront for each billing cycle.
Plans renew automatically unless cancelled.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel anytime by emailing support@weddingvendorhub.com.au.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds are not offered for partial months.
4. Client Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information and content needed to run campaigns.
You remain responsible for ad spend (unless otherwise agreed).
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. While we aim to maximise your results, we do not guarantee a specific number of bookings or leads.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. We’ll notify you if changes are significant.
